Catalonia approves the decree that obliges to precontract the VTC The rule contemplates that the interval can be extended and prohibits geolocation The Government has approved this Tuesday morning the decree law of urgent measures in matters of passenger transport (VTC) . The norm will come into force the next of its publication in the official journal of the Generalitat and from that moment, the Catalan Parliament will have a month to validate it.
